How much does it cost?

When we are looking at new suppliers, we want to get some idea of costs up front and we expect you do too. It's all very well to wax on about each order being different depending on the logo, the garrments etc but customers, particularly new customers, like to get some idea of how much money we are talking about.

The fact remains that costs will vary according to what you order so you need to do a little bit of mental arithmetic here to get a reasonable answer.

There are three different components to the final costs - the garment costs, the stitching costs and if it is a new design then there may be a design/digitising fee. We have tried to outline an idea of the key costs opposite so you can add them up and get a ball park figure. Obviously, we can give you a much better estimate once we know more about what you are after, so if the very rough estimates look good to you, please feel free to contact us to discuss your requirements in more detail.

Garment costs
Many customers think that they can buy some discounted t-shirts to save a bit of money but in fact we do not aim to make a profit out of supplying customers with garments so you benefit from our ability to source these at wholesale prices and quantity discounts. In most cases we will not embroider customer supplied goods since there are too many issues with liability. We would also advise using only high quality garments in every case. These look and feel good, last a lot longer and say "quality" to everyone who sees you. Using quality goods is not as expensive as you might expect and to give you an idea of prices, we can supply top quality T-shirts from about £3, polo shirts from about £6, sweatshirts from about £7.00, hoodies and fleeces from about £11.50 and hat/caps from around £4. Larger orders would naturally involve some quantity discount.
Embroidery costs

Quite simply, the longer a design takes to stitch, the more expensive it will be. A simple corporate logo up to about 120 x 120mm, will cost about £5-£7 per garment to embroider, depending on size, complexity and number of colours. If you want a large design on the back of a sweatshirt or jacket, you can expect to pay between £10 and £30 per garment - again depending on size and complexity..

Design costs

This one is more difficult to estimate without seeing your design. A complex design will take a long time to digitise and will necessarily incur a higher design fee but we will always advise of any design costs up front. We can often waive design fees for simple designs or where a customer only requires lettering in a standard font. Any small changes to a design in subsequent runs, will not usually incur any additional fee.

Design costs can be as little as £5 and as much as £50 (or more if it is a really complex design). This will be a one-off charge on the first order and subsequent orders would not involve any design charges. Team member names or any names on individual garments, can be part of the design package without incurring any additional costs. Further names can be added at a later date if you need to and that would not involve additional design fees.
